Welcome to Hoolaz. This website is operated by Hoolaz (Pty) LTD, a South African company specializing in electronic cigarette products. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

  1. Legal Age Restriction
    By using this website or purchasing products, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older, in compliance with South African law regarding nicotine products.
    We do not sell or market to minors.
  2. Business Description
    Hoolaz (Pty) LTD (Reg. No. 2022/782813/07) imports, manufactures, and sells vape devices, disposable vapes, e-liquids, and related accessories throughout South Africa.
  3. Delivery Policy
    Orders are processed within 24 business hours (Monday–Friday).

Shipping time varies by location. You will receive tracking information via email once dispatched.

Delivery is handled by third-party couriers. Hoolaz is not liable for courier delays.

  1. Sales & Export Restrictions
    Sales are available within South Africa only.

International orders require prior written approval from management.

  1. Returns, Exchanges & Warranty Policy
    🛍️ General Conditions
    Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be sealed, unused, and in original packaging.

Opened or used items are non-refundable, except for manufacturing faults.

🔋 Mods & Vape Devices
Covered under a 3-month manufacturer’s warranty (excluding damage caused by misuse).

Use only recommended charging cables and methods.

Devices showing physical damage, water exposure, or misuse will void the warranty.

USB port issues are not covered unless it’s a built-in battery device and proven faulty.

💨 Disposable Vapes
No refunds.

Exchanges are available within 24 hours if the device is dead on arrival. Must be reported immediately.

🧪 E-liquids, Nicotine, and Bases
Due to health and safety regulations, these products are non-returnable, even if unopened.

No refunds for personal taste dissatisfaction.

🔧 Accessories (Tanks, Coils, Batteries)
No returns unless faulty upon arrival.

Batteries are non-returnable, except for DOA (dead on arrival).

  1. Returns Process
    Email info@hoolaz.co.za within the return window.

Include your order number, description of the issue, and photos if applicable.

Products must include original packaging with matching batch codes.

Return shipping costs due to customer error are the buyer’s responsibility.

  1. Payment & Security
    Payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, EFT.

Payments are processed via PayGate (Pty) Ltd, a secure payment gateway using SSL encryption.

Card details are not stored by Hoolaz.

  1. Customer Privacy & Data Protection (POPIA Compliance)
    We take your privacy seriously. Your personal information is protected under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
    We collect only the necessary data to fulfill your order and do not sell or share your information with third parties unless required by law.

Refer to our PAIA Manual for access to your personal data and how we store it.

  1. Product Accuracy & Imagery
    Product images are for illustration purposes and may vary slightly from actual items due to changes in packaging or supplier updates.
  2. Errors & Pricing Disclaimer
    Hoolaz reserves the right to:

Cancel or refuse orders if a product is listed at the incorrect price.

Correct typographical or system errors at any time.

  1. Site Conduct & User Behavior
    Abuse, harassment, impersonation, or uploading harmful content is strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.

  1. Limitation of Liability
    Use of our products is at your own risk.

Hoolaz will not be liable for injury, property damage, or loss caused by misuse or negligence.

Products are intended for legal, personal use by adults 18+ only.

  1. Indemnity
    You agree to indemnify and hold Hoolaz harmless from any claims, damages, or legal fees resulting from misuse of the site, breach of these terms, or improper product usage.
  2. Governing Law
    These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
