🚀 Shipping Options
🔹 Option 1: Click & Collect (In-Store Pickup)
Address: 733 President Steyn Street, Pretoria North, Gauteng, 0182
Hours:
▪ Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
▪ Saturday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Requirements:
▪ Bring your order number and proof of payment (if EFT)
▪ Cash and card payments are accepted in-store
🔹 Option 2: Courier Guy – Overnight Delivery (Major Cities & Outlying Areas)
Cost: R180 (subject to change)
Areas Covered: Major cities including Pretoria, Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, and East London
Dispatch Schedule:
▪ Orders placed Monday to Thursday before 1:00 PM will be packed, processed, and handed over to Courier Guy the same day
▪ Orders placed after 1:00 PM on Fridays or on weekends/public holidays will be shipped the next business day
Estimated Delivery Time:
▪ Next business day by 11:00 AM in major city centres
▪ 2–3 working days for outlying or remote areas
Courier: The Courier Guy
Tracking: A tracking number will be sent via email or WhatsApp upon dispatch.
Delivery Queries: Don’t hesitate to get in touch with The Courier Guy directly using your tracking number
🟢 Free Shipping Offer
Orders over R1500 qualify for free overnight delivery to major city centers only.
(Outlying areas do not qualify for free shipping.)
🔹 Option 3: Pudo Locker Delivery (Economy Option)
Available Nationwide via The Courier Guy’s Pudo Locker system
Select “Pudo Locker” at checkout
You will receive a collection PIN via SMS or email once your parcel is delivered to the locker
Estimated Delivery: 1–3 business days, depending on region and locker availability
🌍 International Orders
We currently accept international orders by manual arrangement only.
To place an international order:
At checkout, choose “Collection” as the shipping method
Select “Bank EFT” as the payment option

We’ll email you a PayPal invoice including international shipping fees

❌ Order Cancellation Policy
Orders not paid within 48 hours will be automatically cancelled, and items will be restocked
If payment proof is submitted after cancellation, order fulfillment will depend on product availability
If the product is no longer in stock, a full refund will be processed
